https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=257400 --- Comment #17 from alt2600@icloud.com --- Not sure if others still care about using atlas with scipy and would like to see this stay open. While I think its probably just as easy to use the patches I've provided in the past with minor tweaks fixed up for current ports tree, I no longer use atlas. Since finally upgrading to hardware that has the AVX family of instructions I have switched things around to just use openblas these days, as last checked Atlas doesn't use those instructions in its optimization routines. I can no longer really test patches out any longer. Personally I'd rather see folks focus on the setuptools upgrades, and cannot thank the folks in the python group enough for fixing up cython to just use version 3 in the ports I use on my system. Keeping my eye on the PR tracking that, I know that was quite the undertaking. If folks want to close this PR that is fine by me. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
