 Hi,

I just did a quick look at the Mach32 ddx code and it says that
Kevin Martin upgraded the driver from the Mach8 to the Mach32 card. I'm
looking into modifying the Xserver to support a touch screen interface,
in addition to a mouse, that will provide absolute coordinates. Previously
this was handled by modifying the Xserver, and I believe this was a good
approach. I'm currently starting by building the X server for the Mach32,
using the XFree86 2.0 release. It`s likely best to ftp or find a copy of
a newer version, like 2.1, and base this development on that. I thought that
while getting familiar with this some of you might provide some pointers to
supporting the Mach64 card. I thought at least a Beta version is likely
available, and was wonder if some documantaion on the card was available
with minimal effort. I heard a kit was available from ATI, is something
around that I can ftp or get via e-mail?

	Any suggestions would be great.
