Which should, if memory serves, be sent to developers@, not cvs-ports@.

Previous policy (often not followed) from asami was that all ports
infrastructure changes were to be reviewed by ports@.  AFAIK, port-mgr@
still feigns to follow this.

That said, it does seem like bad karma to not even browse the subject
lines of each commit message.
