FWIW, In -stable as of Feb 10 I've got IPFW2 running on a couple boxes following what the man page describes... 'options IPFW2' in kernel config and 'IPFW2=TRUE' in make.conf. Seems to work. Perhaps the make.conf bit will become unnecessary when 5.x-stable becomes available, hence the lack of a LINT entry?
