I'd be perfectly happy to see Dan MFC any pthread fixes, especially
ones which appear to have been alrady well-tested and shown to fix
serious breakage in -current.  Lacking any specific revision numbers
or even filenames to look at in this email, however, I'm also going to
have to leave the work to Dan and I'll even give him post-freeze
permission to do it on the condition that he not leave it too late. ;)
