They all already support K&R except <dialog.h>, <ftpio.h>, <libdisk.h>, <md2.h>, <md4.h>, <md5.h>, <ncurses.h>, <pcap.h>, <pcap-namedb.h>, <strhash.h>, <unctrl.h>.
