I still have an avi of me reading the refund portion of the EULA on KPIX during their coverage of "Windows Refund Day" a year ago (or so). The fix is a class action, where the class is defined as anyone who bought a computer that was bundled with Windows who promptly uninstalled it and did not get a refund. I don't know about y'all, but I have seen suits with a lot less merit get settled. Of course, in general, members of the class get almost nothing out of it, the prospect of being able to watch Micro$oft get punished would be thrilling.
