No, that is a bad substitution.  freebsd-ports needs to accept
ports-related suggestions, bug reports, etc. from any interested
party.  Similarly for -www, -committers, and -doc at least.

And, for the millionth time, unless you handle things very cleverly,
closing posting to subscribers only is going to annoy a lot of
people who submit messages from various addresses.
