} Pardon me for being REALLY dense, but .... Isn't the K6 supposed to be } compatible with the Pentium >> CHIP << ??? Not a program that operates on } that chip??? } } If Freebsd uses pentium instructions, how can it become incompatible? So it has no enhancements, extra features, speed ups or anything that might make it different in some way? There's a difference between running programs and running an OS. Richard
