Sep 19 17:31:36 rpert ppp[180]: tun0: Command: MYADDR: add 0 0 HISADDR

Question:

Does this mean that I am sucessfully connected to the internet?
Is my IP address 203.144.218.161 ?
...and if so, what can I do next to test my connection?
...are there some simple commands that I can enter to test my connection?
...what next before I start X and fire-up a browser etc

...and how do I get out of the PPP > prompt and back into the FreeBSD #
prompt?

Thanks.

Ohh and BTW I'm using a Lucent Winmodem... impossible!

Cheers,

Raymond Pert
