Read the FDP Primer:
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/fdp-primer/ for more
informations about FreeBSD Doc conventions.

Pick any doc and translate it, then send a PR with your translated doc.
It's often good to see what other translation teams do, etc.
