No; but it's hardly surprising.  Perhaps you should set your
subject line to "Acquisition Proposal", sign your mail
"Steve Balmer*, MSFT**" and route it though mailb.microsoft.com  ...

I guess the real question is, "does anybody care about the
end-user" these days ... and the answer probably is, "yes ---
the billing department".
