I never did manage to get all the Perl modules it needs to play nicely together last time I tried. We have an older 1.0.7 installation working pretty well though, running internal and customer support desks. Using MySQL rather than Postgresql, since we already had it there doing other stuff, but I don't think it really cares which database you use.
