The IPv6 INRIA code includes ALTQ as an option. Since I've ported
this code to -current, most of the porting work for ALTQ to -current is
done except for one or two small compile nits (a problem with a change
in queuing macros). I haven't had time to test ALTQ yet, and it's not the
latest version. If anyone using -current is interested in having a look
at it, my patches are available here, but keep in mind that they include
IPv6 patches too :

Some of this (at least RED and ECN) is in the INRIA IPv6 too. About
the same status as ALTQ regarding my port to -current (barely compile,
untested). If there are any testers out there, they're more than
welcome !
