The aggregate of stray commits to RELENG_4 will do no good to ctm
users if ctm-4 is not there, just CVSup users will benefit. BSD
gets business credibility by stability & not rushing to judgement.
Individuals who do not want ctm-src-4 should unsubscribe it, but
not attempt to deny ctm-src-4 to others. When diminishing src-4
list no longer warrants Stephen's space & bandwidth he'll know &
tell us.
