Hi all, I'm looking for a jobtracking / collaboration tool. I've looked at MoT and I currently use Keystone, but I've found both of these lacking in some areas. Keystone in particular falls down in the e-mailing of tickets into the system and the way it handles attachments seems to slow the system down when you have a couple of them. Can anyone reccommend either a Free or a commercial tool that might be able to replace keystone, but with better e-mail integration, easier to configure ACL's (so that clients can only see their own tickets) and better reporting. Some of the things I need are : Resource booking requests Current resource allocation Total time assigned by resource to project Any assistance / advice would be appreciated.
