She knew what she wanted to be at 9. The job I wanted all my life did not exist until I was probably 17 and I did not know about it until I was 24. Due to some luck and a boss that was the only mentor I ever had, I got to do it for as long as someone signed my checks. That was of course to develop and work on operating systems. Windows and Mac are not available to the young people like me, but do know the job exists. These are the people we want to attract
