I think the point he was trying to really make (it's always fun
watching non-native speakers argue in English :-) is that any
arbitrary value of "you" is *always* too busy, so if you really want
it to happen the best way is to submit the diffs or full docs or
whatever.  As you yourself just pointed out, you understand how it
works and that makes you an ideal candidate to document it when others
are clearly too busy to do so.
