This is up to security-officer@'s decision.  A remote user can exploit
some daemon's buffer overflow or other vulnerabilities to cause system
to panic, while this is not totally FreeBSD's fault :-)

So my suggestion is "Yes, we should have this go to RELENG_5_3", but
again, I believe so@ has much more experience than I have, so let's
hear what he will say.
