If that's true, then we're really shooting ourselves in the foot by putting the send-pr link on our support page. :-) http://www.freebsd.org/: The side-bar has a support section. I need online help, so I click on "Web Resources". I scroll down the page and find out that you can actually report problems via a web form! Cool! I click on the "Submit a Problem Report" button and off I go. Nowhere does the page explain that "I can't get my mouse to work" is not a "problem report". While you and I agree on what a PR should be, you should realize that our shared understanding is not the one that standard English interpretation leads newbies to. I've been wanting to get this off my chest for a while, which is why I'm not going to say anything about your "Finally, please try and be both realistic and professional when filing bug reports." :-) Ciao, Sheldon.
