I think the worst case you might see is on the order of 50,000 or so route entries. If we give FreeBSD the capability to handle multipath routes, it would depend on the size of the mesh but I can't imagine there would be more then a few hundred thousand route entries in the route table. It take a phenominally stupid network setup to create more then that.
