MetaStor includes next day replacement of faulty parts, and support
contracts up to and including 2 hour onsite for extra, just like Sun.

That wasn't part of the regular cost of the unit though.  2 hour
onsite is *very* expensive, and Suns normal service is sending a
replacement, and I don't think its next day either.
