A very good purposal was made on the -current@ portion of the thread
to make a -legal@ list... as the OP said there it is more then just
this issue there are other legal issues that have nothing to do with
this thread there are other "more" legit issues (see their post for
details)... hopefully for everyone's sanity the list does get made.
