Hi,

Are there any FBSD runnable helpdesk type applications?  What I need is 
something that will allow my tech support department to issue a trouble 
ticket and follow it to completion.  I know that a lot of customer problems
must be slipping through the cracks now.  I just have no way to measure
the phenomenon.  

We could also use a group To-Do list and/or preventitive maintenance tool
to assist the system administrators.  I'm running out of room on my 
whiteboard. :-)
