It is sshuttle.  Super lightweight ssh tunnel app for creating a simple 
VPN.  Pretty stock, standard SSH tunnel.

Again, works perfectly if securelevel is off, complains about /nonexistent 
not being a real dir (and refuses to log in) if securelevel=2.
