Oliver, Please contact MySql for verification/clarification like I did. The MySql Rep. explained to me that by installing the database on more that one computer, even if it is for you own use, it is considered a distributed piece of software and should be licenced. Obviously if you are replicating or clustering you are going to have more than one server running the database and should licence the software.
