Thanks for the updates.

Having read that, I'd tack your new section 4.4.7.2 ("Detailed
information") on to the end of the existing section. =20

IMHO the replacement for the main body of 4.4.7 doesn't add to the=20
original text, and in the replacement text I'd prefer to see fewer=20
informal phrases ("explain in HUGE scary detail") which we've been=20
slowly excising from the Handbook.

I haven't had a chance to look over the actual markup yet.
