Er, which statement is "wrong"?

1. Don't compare the version numbers -- they often don't match.
TRUE.

2. What is on internat is not a direct copy of the US crypto code.
TRUE.

3. That would (at least until recently) be illegal.
TRUE.

4. Compare the log messages instead.
Good advice because of #1.
