Please don't back this out, I'll take this to the TRB if necessary. At work, we've already made the appropriate firewall policy changes, and so far, management is quite impressed. Also, if I may make a suggestion, the Evil bit should be set to 0x1 by default - it's the same logic as making a firewall deny everything and just allow the traffic you want. We should explicitly have to say we are _not evil_ when we send packets. --pete
